INSPIRING THE FUTURE OF GROUNDS MANAGEMENT
The GMA is proud to introduce GMA NextGen, a dynamic initiative aimed at inspiring and nurturing the next generation of grounds professionals. As the industry faces an ageing workforce, with nearly 20% of grounds staff potentially leaving the sector in the coming years, GMA NextGen is here to ensure a vibrant future for grounds management.
GMA NextGen is a group of talented young professionals who serve as ambassadors for the grounds management industry. Their mission is to attract and engage young people, including those still in school and those at the start of their careers, by showcasing the diverse and rewarding career opportunities available in grounds management.
