Widely recognised as one of the most anticipated events in the grounds management calendar, the awards celebrate the individuals and teams whose dedication and expertise help make sport possible at every level.

Since launching in 2009, the GMA Industry Awards have become the benchmark for recognising achievement within the sector. Previous ceremonies have been hosted at some of the UK's most iconic sporting venues, including Anfield Stadium, Headingley Stadium and Edgbaston. The 2027 event promises another memorable evening dedicated to celebrating the exceptional work and outstanding commitment.

Guests will enjoy a prestigious awards presentation, a three-course dinner, evening entertainment and the opportunity to celebrate with colleagues and peers from across the industry. The event brings together grounds professionals, volunteers, suppliers, governing bodies and industry partners from across the UK to celebrate the vital role they play in sport.

The awards continue to be supported through the reinvestment of proceeds from SALTEX, helping ensure the industry can recognise and reward the people whose work underpins safe, playable and high-quality sports surfaces.
